Michael Bialek is a creative and versatile project consultant and strategist. Extensive entrepreneurial capabilities, including his precise ability to identify prospective opportunities and resolve both tactical and strategic problems, are integral to the negotiation and implementation of business partnerships and facilitation of significant, large-scale projects in competitive marketplaces.

Bialek has 25 years experience developing Commercial Strategy, Partnerships & Alliances, and Business Development leadership roles in the areas of System Integration, Software Applications and Telecommunications.

Prior to joining AIMS Consulting, Bialek was a lead member of the project team building a submarine fiber-optic network connecting 19 West African countries to Europe. For a large Saudi company, he coordinated a two-year feasibility study for a regional Internet Exchange and Data Center called CyberArabia. He was a founding shareholder of 3 telecom start-ups: Cellular Wholesalers (sold to MCI), Data America (funded by Nortel and sold to Cable & Wireless) and Ellipso (funded by Boeing Satellite).

Past positions include global Internet Sales Director for the 360networks submarine cable division; acting Managing Director for Support Systems International, a Workers’ Compensation Insurance software developer; and, sales coordinator for the development of SupportLINK, Verizon’s first network management system to remotely support the comprehensive Desktop, Server, Router and LAN/WAN environment for Enterprise customers. Other projects with successful results were delivered to Prudential, U.S. Postal Service, GSA, Commonwealth of PA, Viacom, Xerox and others.
